Returns and Refund

If the purchased goods do not suit you or do not fit, you can legally return them within 14 days without giving any reason or we will refund your money.

However, 14 days is not a dogma in our case, if we see that you are nice people and the goods are really unused, we will be happy to help you with your situation.

If, God forbid, you lose your receipt, nothing happens. The origin of the goods you bring to our store is very easy to verify, because you simply can't buy our goods anywhere else. This also applies to The Dudes Berlin products, which we exclusively represent in the Czech Republic.
